Shipping policy

As far as possible, we ship the same day all orders received by 12 PM (noon). All orders received beyond this are shipped the following day. We only ship through reputed logistics partners with a good delivery record.

We do not process orders on office holidays and Sundays.

During major festivals and seasonal occasions, expect delays of a few days owing to the general congestion in the logistics network. Please place your festival orders well in advance.

We request you to provide your complete address, preferably with a good landmark and your phone numbers. If you are not sure of your availability at the address specified on the order, please state an alternate address and phone number on the order.

Packaging

All products are shipped in paper cartons or any legally permitted packaging. We avoid use of plastic packaging material as best as we can. We are committed to protection of the environment
